Export your data from that service (it gives you a .zip file), then in Cinra open Settings → Restore backup and pick the file. Big libraries take a few minutes; you can keep using the app while it runs, and if it's interrupted, picking the same file again continues where it stopped.

Settings → Backup & restore. Turn on automatic backups and choose a folder (iCloud Drive is a good choice), or tap Back Up Now any time.

On the old iPhone, make a backup to iCloud Drive. On the new one, install Cinra, tap Restore a backup on the welcome screen, and pick that file.

Cinra's movie and show data comes from TMDB, a community-built database. If something's missing or wrong there, it can be fixed on themoviedb.org and Cinra will pick it up.

Settings → Reset app data. It deletes everything on your iPhone, so make a backup first if you might want it back.
